On the reason for running for the VB1224 Homeowner board: I would like to serve on the board because I feel when condo owners play an active roll in the buildings management, things tend to get done better because owners have a personal interest. The condo association, with an active Board, increases the sense of community for its owners. A sense of accomplishment will be shared when the tasks are accomplished through a teamwork approach. I believe I would be an excellent candidate, since I am passionate about my surroundings and I do not want a deterioration of the value of our home, and I would like to build a team of owners to insure safety, value for our dollars, and a cohesive community.

Board Nominations

To All vb 1224 Homeowners:

First, on behalf of all of the nominees, I would like to thank all of you that have placed your trust and faith in us to start our building's condo association off on the right foot. On this blog we will be posting all of our minutes for the meetings, so that you, the homeowners, are always informed. As most of us stressed in the meeting last night, we strongly believe in a transparent board, one that all homeowners will be able to have trust in. If you have any questions just post a comment and I assure you that the Board will take all of the feedback from the homeowners into consideration when doing all future actions. Again, thank you for the vote of confidence and remember to vote for these five members when the building officially turns over.
